Applications to become a 2016 ECO Board member are now open!
Applications are due by Wednesday, November 11th at midnight. You are highly encouraged to apply. This is a great chance to demonstrate your leadership and to make a positive impact in the SIPA community.
ECO STRIVES TO:
Develop a community of practice for SIPA students interested in environmental policy
Foster a better understanding of and relationships with organizations that employ environmental policy students in NYC and beyond.
Enhance members’ skills and expertise in environmental policy through practical workshops
Engage in environmental activism and advocacy on campus
Join the ECO Board and help us achieve these goals!

- Two Co-Presidents
Non-executive Board Positions:
Director of Membership and Outreach
Director of Communications
Director of Events
To run for a co-president position, please complete the executive board application form here: http://goo.gl/forms/crIwJVqcmX and note which 1 or 2 non-executive positions you’d like to be considered for should you not be elected co-president.
You will also be asked to briefly write what you hope to accomplish with next year’s board and why you think you are best qualified to be President. Your pitch will be distributed to members, who will vote on their top two choices. The two students with the most votes will become co-Presidents. Other applicants will be considered by the ECO board for a non-executive position.

The new board will be announced on Friday, November 20th and will begin its term after the Winter Break. Newly elected board members must attend a mandatory board meeting on Tuesday, November 24th 1-2pm.
